1. Introduction

Wyckit Solutions ("Wyckit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the wyckit.com platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By using Wyckit, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service.

Business Information: Business owners provide their company name, address, phone number, and other details needed to operate the platform.

Phone Numbers: We collect phone numbers when a business administrator enters them into the platform for the purpose of sending SMS notifications (team invitations, appointment reminders, service updates, and dispatch alerts). Phone numbers are used solely for delivering these platform messages. We do not use phone numbers for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the platform.

Business Data: Data you enter into modules (invoices, customers, employees, schedules, etc.) is stored securely and belongs to your business.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Send transactional communications (account verification, password resets, team invitations)
  • Send SMS messages for platform notifications including team invitations, appointment reminders, service updates, and dispatch alerts when a phone number is provided by a business administrator
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Program Name: Wyckit Platform Notifications
Wyckit uses SMS text messaging to deliver platform notifications to phone numbers provided by business administrators. These messages include team member invitations, appointment reminders, service status updates, and dispatch alerts.

Consent: By providing a phone number through the Wyckit platform, the business administrator consents to SMS messages being sent to that number for platform-related notifications. Message recipients may receive an initial message identifying the sending business and the nature of the notification. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. No purchase is necessary to use the Service.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on business activity. Team invitations are one-time messages. Appointment reminders, service updates, and dispatch alerts are sent as triggered by business operations. You will not receive marketing or promotional text messages.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wyckit does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any Wyckit text message to opt out of all future SMS notifications. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent after opting out.

Help: Reply HELP to any Wyckit text message for support information, or contact us at support@wyckit.com.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Wyckit is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or network conditions.

Phone Number Privacy: Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are not sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of transmitting messages. When an account is deleted, associated phone numbers are removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • SendGrid — for transactional email delivery
  • Twilio — for SMS message delivery
  • Google APIs — for OAuth sign-in, Google Drive, and Google Calendar integrations (when connected by the user)
  • Microsoft Graph — for Outlook and OneDrive integrations (when connected by the user)

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function. Each operates under their own privacy policy. Cloud integrations (Drive, Calendar, OneDrive) are only activated when you explicitly connect them.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys), password hashing, account lockout policies, and anti-forgery protections on all forms. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records). Business data is retained according to the business owner's preferences and applicable regulations.

8. Cookies & Local Storage
