1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wyckit Solutions platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wyckit is a business operations and growth platform designed for home-service companies. The Service includes accounting, scheduling, service management, team collaboration, cloud integrations, and communication tools including email and SMS notifications.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Business owners and admins are responsible for managing team member access within their organization.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: Wyckit Platform Notifications

Wyckit sends SMS text messages to phone numbers provided by business administrators through the platform. Messages include team member invitations, appointment reminders, service status updates, and dispatch alerts. All messages are transactional and related to platform operations. Wyckit does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

Consent: By entering a phone number into the Wyckit platform, the business administrator consents to SMS messages being sent to that number for platform-related notifications on behalf of their business. The message recipient will receive an initial message identifying the sending business and the purpose of the notification. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. No purchase is necessary.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Team invitations are one-time messages. Appointment reminders, service updates, and dispatch alerts are sent as triggered by business operations. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wyckit does not charge for SMS messages.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any Wyckit text message to opt out of all future SMS notifications. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at support@wyckit.com to opt out.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any Wyckit text message for support information, or contact us at support@wyckit.com.
  • Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Wyckit is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or network conditions.
  • Privacy: Phone numbers are not sold, shared, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how phone numbers and personal data are handled.
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. Wyckit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Business data entered into the platform remains the property of the business. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wyckit Solutions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyckit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
